“Temptation with a dash of classic elegance”

Back in the spring of 2016 desperately searching for an edible focal point to grace her Easter table and realising it wasn’t easy to source bespoke sweet treats to compliment many of life’s celebrations. 

Our founder Emma decided to incorporate her love of art and design in edible formation. 

Creating unique bakes and artisan chocolate. Behind every bespoke treat is a thoughtfully composed idea brought to life.


Our mantra here is to provide dessert and sweet treats crafted from the finest ingredients including the finest grade Belgian chocolate and sourcing our eggs, butter and flour locally, working alongside local farm shops.


We’ve built strong relationships with our incredible vendors and event specialists all over the U.K. often collaborating with the finest in the industry.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

CAN I PLACE A SPECIAL ORDER?

Of course, we would be delighted to help. All orders are placed via info@cocopeony.com or simply complete our contact form. 
Please include as much information as you can including your event date, location, quantities and whether your event has a specific colour scheme or theme.
Please bare in mind we are in the kitchen all day and do our best to respond to emails at our early convenience.


DO YOU DELIVER?

Yes we do deliver across the south of the U.K. including London.Minimum orders do apply.
Sometimes we use a courier service to deliver treats depending on the type of treats.
Due to the nature of our wreaths they are on a delivery basis only. 

DO YOU CATER FOR ALLERGIES?

Our products do contain WHEAT, EGGS and DAIRY therefore we do not cater for allergies.We often use nuts in our kitchen.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

Via bank transfer.Details will be present at the bottom of your invoice.

DO MINIMUM ORDERS APPLY?

Custom orders have a minimum order of a dozen. These treats do not need to be uniformed just the same type of treat. 

HOW LONG WILL MY TREATS LAST FOR?

Each treat will be delivered freshly made or baked. Most items will come individually wrapped. Baked goods will remain fresh for up for to two weeks. Cookies are best eaten within the week. Chocolate items have a longer shelf life remaining fresh for up to 3 weeks.PLEASE refrain from storing your treats in a refrigerator as once removed a condensation will form, spoiling any paints and lustres.Store treats away from direct sunlight, in a cool dry place. Preferably in an air tight container. 

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL OR POSTPONE BY ORDER?

If you need to cancel your order, we do require a three week notice period. Cancellations that are less than three weeks prior to the booking will be non refundable.
If you require to postpone your order, we are more then happy to accommodate a new date subject to availability. 

DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?

A 50% deposit on all orders over £100 is required to secure your booking in the diary. For orders under £100, payment is required in full upon booking. Invoices are sent via email. Payment is required within three working days of issuance of invoice. Where payment is not received within these terms the invoice will be automatically cancelled. Final balances are due three weeks prior you’re event. Please note orders are not diarised until payment is received in accordance with the above terms.
